Breaking out of recurring conflict cycles, communication breakdowns, and patterns of disconnection

Many couples who come to work with me are thoughtful, caring people who feel stuck in painful relational patterns they can't seem to break. Conversations that begin with good intentions can quickly turn into defensiveness, distance, or disconnection, leaving both partners feeling misunderstood and alone.
In therapy, I help couples slow reactive cycles in real time and make sense of what is happening underneath them. My work is grounded in attachment and relational therapy, helping couples better understand how long-standing emotional patterns shape the way they respond to one another.
As these patterns become clearer, couples often begin communicating more openly, navigating conflict with greater understanding, and rebuilding emotional connection.
I also work with individuals and parents who want to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and respond differently to stress, conflict, and emotional overwhelm.
Clients experience me as deeply empathic, invested, and real: someone who will sit with the pain compassionately but also speak candidly and challenge stuck relationship dynamics in a way that creates clarity, trust, and hope.
Outside the therapy room, relationships remain central to my life as well. I'm a wife and mother of two, and family life continually reminds me how important patience, repair, and connection are in close relationships.
I love gathering friends and family together, whether for dinners, game nights, or simple moments of connection at home. I also value the quieter rhythms that create balance, staying active outdoors, cooking, reading, and slowing down enough to be present in everyday life.
