Many of the people I work with are navigating significant periods of transition. They may be adjusting to adulthood and greater independence, balancing ambitious goals with mounting pressure, struggling in relationships, managing complex family or cultural expectations, or moving through the profound identity shifts that can accompany pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.
Even when life appears to be moving forward, these transitions can bring uncertainty, self-doubt, and a sense of being pulled in multiple directions. Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by competing responsibilities, unsure how to prioritize their own needs, or questioning how to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
Together, we create space to slow down, sort through competing demands, and gain greater clarity about what matters most as you navigate important decisions and life changes. Many clients leave therapy feeling more confident in their choices, more comfortable trusting themselves, and better able to move forward during times of uncertainty.
Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. While I take my work seriously, I don't believe therapy has to feel overly formal or intimidating. I bring curiosity, compassion, humor, and genuine engagement into the room, creating an environment where difficult conversations feel more manageable and growth feels possible.
I view therapy as a collaborative process and deeply trust my clients' capacity for growth. Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale, a place where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move through life's transitions with greater confidence and trust in yourself.
Outside of the therapy room, I spend most of my time with the people who matter most to me, my husband, children, and extended family. Much of my life revolves around creating meaningful moments together, whether that's baking in the kitchen, trying a new recipe, making art projects with my children, or gathering around the table for a meal and good conversation.
I deeply value community and meaningful relationships. I'm happiest when sharing laughter, stories, and unhurried time with the people I care about. I also have a soft spot for dogs, enjoy traveling whenever I get the opportunity, and find a great deal of joy in the everyday moments of motherhood. More than anything, I value close relationships, shared experiences, and the people who make life feel rich and meaningful.
